Metal warehouse buildings are designed to store goods, equipment or livestock facilities. For long-term use of such spaces, it is mandatory to install strong and durable floors that can withstand high loads.Oscar Metal specializes in industrial concrete and self-leveling floors, which are optimally suited for warehouses and hangars.
What types of floors we offer to our customers:
Concrete floor a polished, dust-free type of flooring, which is economical and reliable.
Topping - a smooth concrete floor with a hardening Metalized topping layer, available in different colors.
Polyurethane floor a high strength type of flooring.
Epoxy coated floor the most good-looking, durable, expensive and chemical resistant floor with a lacquer and 3D depth effect.
To strengthen the coating, special flooring with topping can be applied on the concrete screed. This polymer mixture serves to strengthen concrete. Such floors are optimally suited for warehouses with a trade direction, where forklifts and carts are actively used.
Service life is more than 20 years. Quality assurance and service is 5 years.
Features and characteristics of our concrete floors:
Increased strength of the concrete base (fiber)
The floor covering of warehouses must withstand the movement of heavy special equipment, including that of caterpillar type.
Antistatic properties
For warehouses with increased requirements for electrical and fire safety, we install antistatic floors that exclude electrical conductivity in the event of short circuits.
Waterproof
For long-term use, it is extremely important that the floors do not absorb moisture and are resistant to accidental flooding.
No dust or abrasive particles
With a large accumulation of goods, special standards for cleanliness are imposed on warehouses. In particular, this applies to warehouses used for food storage, pharmaceutical industry, etc.
Chemical resistance (polymer or epoxy)
The floor covering can be exposed to acidic or alkaline compounds, as well as chemically aggressive substances. Industrial floors must not absorb or chemically react with such compounds.
